Sauna has been shown to help people recover more quickly from exercise by easing joint and muscle pain and eliminating lactic acid build-up. The heat makes you feel more flexible and eases the soreness, through increasing the body’s temperature and circulation.

Regular sauna use may also benefit strength training through improved recovery and muscle growth through the increased growth hormones*.

In addition, sauna bathing also increases serotonin, a hormone that makes you feel more harmonious, calm and relaxed. That in turn makes you sleep better, and it is during sleep your body makes its recovery. Are you curious to explore the various sauna options and discover which one suits your lifestyle best?
